This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the business and help drive forward the Land Development divison.
You will handle a mix of Project Management and Leadership of the team. As a key player and stakeholder of the business you will have other operational duties for the overall company for example - incharge of company P&L (training provided)
This role will suit an individual who is ready for their next step up in their career, who is excited with this unique opportunity and long term gain this role will provide and to become a a shareholder of the business 1 out of 8.
You will be highly motivated, outging with fantastic comminication skills.

Essential:
- 20+ Years of experience
- Registered Civil Engineer
- Experience managing staff
- Experience writing proposals, budgeting projects and managing land development contracts ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000.
- Experience and solid reputation with several major builder/developer clients
- Knowledge of “job cost” systems such as Deltek, Core, etc.
Desired:
- Knowledge and experience with P&L Statements and Balance Sheets (Training will be given)
