Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver traffic management schemes, including road layouts, junction improvements, and pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.
• Conduct traffic flow analysis and use transport modeling tools to assess the impact of proposed schemes.
• Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and optimize transport solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Data and Transport Planning to deliver integrated solutions.Stay informed of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

About you:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in traffic engineering, including project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in traffic modeling and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Junctions 9/10, or LinSig).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.A passion for innovation and sustainable transport solutions.
• Membership or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., CIHT, ICE, or equivalent).
