ATG are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join a dynamic team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading structural design projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural design and analysis of projects across various sectors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed design calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure best practices in structural engineering.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and monitor project progress.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and structural analysis tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in structural engineering, materials, and construction methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
