Senior Structural Engineer

Access Talent Group are currently working with a medium sized consultancy who have recently partnered with a global engineering company to further expand on their reach. From this they are looking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer into their team in Bristol, this is an exciting opportunity to come on board and work on a wide range of projects, and people.

In this role, you will be expected to have a very strong technical background and be able to confidently be left do to design work and management of more junior engineers. You could be working on Network Rail assets, Nuclear projects (HPC) as well as buildings in both public and private sector. There is opportunity to upskill and learn different sectors. You will have the opportunity to work your way up through the business, just like current Regional Directors, who started as engineers within the team.

To be considered for this role:

• Be an experienced Structural Engineer
• Ideally have experience with Temporary Works
• Able to use Steel / RC
• Live in a commutable distance to Bristol
• Full right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship can be provided for the right individuals)

In this role you will be offered a market leading salary, you will get full Chartership support in their newly refurbished office. The office has been redesigned to a ‘Google office’ with hang out zones and bean bags for you to take a break from work in a relaxed environment. They also have a very flexible policy in regards to working from home, as you are only expected in the office 3 days a week. There is also the chance to participate in 2 fully funded courses of your choice each year.
