Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our client's projects. Your expertise will drive cost efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Managing procurement processes and subcontractor agreements.
  • Monitoring project costs and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Providing accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborating closely with project teams to optimise resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
