**Qualifications:**

- Proven ability to lead and conduct ornithological surveys and produce detailed reports.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing junior staff.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Scotland, including offshore locations.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A passion for sustainable development and renewable energy projects.

**Benefits:**
The role offers a competitive benefits package, including 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), a TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) policy, and a performance-based bonus scheme. The company is committed to professional development, offering funded courses for training and CPD (Continuing Professional Development). Flexible working arrangements are available, allowing for remote work part of the week, along with access to a hire car for long-distance travel.
