About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and work directly under the Technical Director. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and mentor a talented team of junior engineers, guiding them in geotechnical design for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely on complex projects, with a particular focus on ports, harbours, and maritime engineering—experience in these areas will be a strong advantage. With demonstrated performance, this role provides a clear path for career progression toward Associate Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
     
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
     
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical design, with expertise in infrastructure projects.
     
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
     
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles, particularly related to ports, harbours, and other maritime structures (highly desirable).
     
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
     
  • Proficiency in relevant geotechnical software and design tools.
