We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Geologist or Geoenvironmental Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves conducting and overseeing ground investigations, interpreting geotechnical and geoenvironmental data, and contributing to the design of foundation and ground improvement solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical reports, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and utilizing geotechnical design software such as Plaxis and Oasys to support project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered or nearly chartered professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and technically driven consultancy.

 

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered or nearly chartered status (e.g., CGeol, CEng)
     
  • Strong experience in ground investigation techniques and reporting
     
  • Proficiency in geotechnical design software such as Plaxis and Oasys
     
  • Solid understanding of geotechnical and geoenvironmental principles
     
  • Ability to analyze and interpret site data for engineering solutions
     
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
     
  • Experience in preparing technical reports and risk assessments
     
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations`
