Are you a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in building services design? Do you have experience working with an Irish or UK consultancy and want to work on large-scale, high-impact projects? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
Join a globally recognised multidisciplinary consultancy known for delivering some of the world’s most complex and innovative projects. Their Building Services team in Dublin is expanding, and they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead a team and work on a variety of Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects. This role offers exposure to major international projects, career progression, and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers on large-scale Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
- Develop and deliver mechanical design solutions for complex building services systems
- Use industry-leading design software to create innovative, high-quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with international and local standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and regions

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in building services design within an Irish or UK consultancy
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES)
- Experience delivering Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
