Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for your next career move? We are working with a leading M&E design consultancy based in Mullingar, seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their exciting team. Our client are a genuinely exciting team that have experienced rapid growth and success over the past few years, and 2025 and beyond looks impressive, and an brilliant opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join this journey!
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take the lead on Mechanical Design and Project Management across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial spaces. You’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality designs and seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design process across multiple projects
- Manage projects within Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
- Oversee junior engineers and provide mentorship where required
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
To be considered for this role, you should have the following:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.5+ years’ experience in mechanical design within an M&E consultancy
- Strong project management experience across Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, or Industrial sectors
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant MEP tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
