A dynamic and growing Landscape practice based in Suffolk is expanding its portfolio to include several high-rise residential projects in London. The company is on an exciting path to becoming an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) by the end of the year, reflecting its commitment to empowering employees. Known for working with top residential developers, the practice is also diversifying into other industries and has a strong environmental team, facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration.

 

Role Overview:

The company is seeking a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect to lead high-rise residential projects in London. This role involves taking charge of complex urban design initiatives, with a primary focus on RIBA stages 4 and 5. The position requires close collaboration with developers and the in-house environmental team to deliver innovative and sustainable landscape solutions. Proficiency in REVIT or Vectorworks is desirable but not mandatory. As the company continues to grow, this role offers the potential for progression into a senior management position, providing further opportunities for career development.

 

Qualifications Needed:

  • Chartered status as a Landscape Architect
  • Strong technical and urban design skills
  • Extensive experience working on RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Proficiency in REVIT or Vectorworks (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
