Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to join their Civil Team in the London office. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in their continual expansion. You will support the Director and Associate Director in business development efforts, prepare bids and fee proposals, and help manage project resources across the team. You will also take an active role in mentoring junior engineers, ensuring the implementation of company policies, and contributing to their health and safety initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, including highways design, flood risk assessments, and drainage systems.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• BEng (Hons) or MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering

• Chartered status with ICE or equivalent

• Practical experience in civil engineering project design and management, including:

• Highways geometric and drainage design

• Flood risk assessments and surface water/foul sewer design

• Basement drainage systems in line with building regulations

• SuDS features (e.g., retention basins, attenuation tanks) design and implementation

• Liaison with statutory undertakers, the Highways Agency, Environment Agency, and local authorities

• Familiarity with industry-standard documents, including highways, bridges, sewers.
