Access Talent Group have joined forces with a British SME engineering consultancy, specialising in Geotechnical, Structural and Civil design. With an intimate but ambitious team, our client has a few office in the UK, with their newest in London being right in the heart of an Engineering hub. Our client’s history is built firmly on rail and infrastructure projects, but during this exciting time of growth, new markets are being explored and new projects being secured. Our client are looking to add a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to their ranks in their new office in London.

Successful candidates will expected to hit the ground running, taking a lead role on projects in London. The Geo team is currently based in Scotland and York, so candidates should be prepared to take on the challenge of helping build a team and working remotely from the team. Candidates should have expereince in rail/network rail projects – including tunnelling, basement and retaining wall development for station upgrades, as well on site expereince in this sector. This is an ideal opportunity for an Engineer who has a focus on mentorship and an eagerness to help grow and lead a team.

 

Candidates must have:

  • A Degree in civil/geotechnical engineering
     
  • Expereince in rail and network rail related projects
     
  • Plaxis, WALLAP and other software package expereince
     
  • The ability to work in the London area
     
  • The right to live and work in the UK
