The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Cork office. This is a leadership position where your technical expertise and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will:

• Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, providing guidance and mentoring
• Oversee the electrical design and execution of projects from initial concept through to handover
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver outstanding results
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client expectations
• Support strategic planning and business development efforts

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in a senior-level Electrical Engineering role within building services
• Strong portfolio of work across Commercial, Residential, and/or Healthcare sectors
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
