Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building services design? Do you have experience working with an Irish or UK consultancy and want to take the next step in your career? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!
Our client, a highly respected engineering consultancy in Dublin, is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead their team on a range of commercial, healthcare, and residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects while mentoring and developing a team of junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers across multiple projects
- Deliver electrical design packages for commercial, healthcare, and residential developments
- Use a range of design software to create high-quality electrical systems solutions
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure designs meet compliance and industry standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
This role is a permanent position, so job security is guaranteed! You will be intergrated into the team and will be able to get stuck into projects and begin making your mark as soon as you are all settled in!
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in building services design within an Irish or UK consultancy
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech)
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Ability to mentor and train junior engineers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
