Senior Civil Engineer

Access Talent Group is collaborating with a fast-growing sustainable consultancy who are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong analytical skills to lead a variety of infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects as part of their team in Dublin.

For over 40 years, our client has provided comprehensive engineering and project management services, from planning to construction. Their expertise spans civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process engineering, environmental services, and consultancy, where they focus on adding value at every step, offering tailored solutions through open communication and collaboration with their clients.

In this role, you will implement company policies and manage project resources, oversee compliance with quality and safety standards, lead multiple projects from concept to handover with minimal oversight, drive design excellence and deliver sustainable engineering solutions. If you have a passion for managing complex projects and aspire to join senior management, this role offers the potential to progress to Associate Director upon meeting agreed targets.

Requirements:

• Level 8/9 Civil Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status
• 7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, with a track record in master-planning and infrastructure delivery
• Strong communication, management, and technical skills, with commercial insight.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
