Access has partnered with an award winning multi-disciplinary practice, compromising Architects, Technicians, Master planners, Landscape architects and Interior designers. Projects are within both the public and private sectors at all different scales. Due to the success of the business, the practice is expanding from 6 practices to 7 and therefore requires a Senior Technician to join the new team.

 

The successful candidate will be running medium sized projects along with other architects and technicians, so experience in leading a team is essential. Due to the projects you will be working on, it is advantageous to be experienced working on medium to large scale residential projects as well as educational sector projects.

 

Experience:

  • Experienced running projects from stage 3 onwards
  • Management experience
  • Use of ArchiCAD is ideal but not essential
  • Experience in BIM
