Are you a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for sustainable solutions and mechanical systems? We’re working with a forward-thinking client who is a leader in mechanical and decarbonisation projects across Ireland. With a growing portfolio of innovative, energy-efficient projects, they’re now looking to expand their commercial team with a dedicated Quantity Surveyor.

Role Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts. Key duties include:
- Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
- Supporting project planning and risk management activities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
- Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to cost management
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
