You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-value industrial and commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Site-based leadership and travel: You will manage multiple data centre projects from site to site, ensuring all cost and contractual duties are managed effectively. Regular travel to project sites in the Northampton region is required.

- Contract management: Oversee all aspects of contract management, including the review of terms and conditions, assessment of potential risks, and ensuring the company is protected at every stage. You will ensure that contractual obligations are met by all parties, managing variations, and final account settlements.
- Financial reporting and forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts, budget reports, and valuation assessments throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with the commercial manager and finance teams to ensure all projects are financially viable and meet company targets.
- Subcontractor management: Develop and manage a trusted network of subcontractors, overseeing their performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality control on site.
