Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end CSA fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Team Oversight: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and oversee project budgets and timelines, maintaining control and ensuring resource optimization.

Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards across all CSA activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Health & Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all health and safety policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing CSA packages, ideally within the data centre sector.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale fit-out projects across multiple European locations.Strong communication and client management capabilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
