About the Role:
As a Project Manager with them, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse commercial and industrial projects. From inception to completion, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and ensure seamless project execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in driving project success and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative work environment conducive to innovation and excellence.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or related certification is a plus.
