Project Manager

Access Talent Group seeks a Project Manager for a major contractor handling large-scale European projects. The company is expanding massively and requires a skilled candidate for substantial projects following recent rapid growth.

Requirements:

• MEP specialisation (or CSA if project management experience is strong)
• Data Centre experience
• +3 to 5 years of experience in the field
• Cost handling/budgetting experience
• Substantial experience in the construction phase
• French speaking ability
• English speaking ability

Description:

• Supervision and oversight of construction site activities until approval

• Comprehensive project administration for the proprietor

• Surveillance of operational planningArrangement and facilitation of gatherings

• Collaboration with stakeholders: architect, design offices, firms, and experts

• Fiscal management and financial supervision

• Adherence to quality plan guidelines

• Monitoring of work execution, adjustments, and contractual administration

• Coordination of work reception

• Oversight of administrative authorizations

• Management of relationships with municipal and administrative authorities

• Evaluation of project hazards, possibilities, and development of a risk management strategy

• Provision of updates to the client
