Access have partnered with a rapidly growing Engineering Consultancy who, over the last 10 years, have grown and develop an offshore energy engineering arm to their very successful European business stream. Our client has been named in the top 5 emerging offshore engineering consultancies across Europe and is looking to build on this success by adding a Project Engineer/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to their London office. Our client has offices across Europe, namely Spain, Italy, the UK and Northern Europe and focusses all their offshore specialisation into renewable energy.

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved from day one on the design and analysis stage of offshore wind projects. This includes but is not limited to radical foundation design, slope stability and stress testing, FEA and report writing. This role will also provide you to develop your engineering skills in a more rounded way – are you Geotechnical focussed? Well, you could learn more structural skills. Do you have a Naval Architecture or Floating Structures background? Well, you can now learn how to implement Geotechnical Engineering into your skillset.  The ideal candidate will bring their existing offshore experience into a fresh and fast paced environment, with new and exciting projects being won on a regular basis, adding to the dynamic company atmosphere. Our client is looking for engineers who are dedicated to their craft and would be interested in working on projects from cradle to grave.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • 3 years experience working on offshore renewables/wind projects

  • The ability to live and work in the UK/London OR Spain

  • A degree in Geotechnical Eng, Civil Eng, Structural Eng or Naval Architecture

  • A desire and ability to travel offshore and to Europe (with notice)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business on a sustained hot streak that shows no signs of stopping. Get in touch or apply!
