MEP CAD Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise CAD drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing designs. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure high-quality, integrated designs. Your tasks will include developing 2D and 3D models, coordinating with other disciplines, and revising drawings to meet project specifications and client feedback. Additionally, you'll ensure that all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

At least 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician, specifically in MEP design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.Experience working on commercial, residential, or healthcare projects is a strong plus.A deep understanding of MEP systems and design principles.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
