Responsibilities
- You will identifying potential pursuits, leading pursuits, providing senior leadership oversight, hiring, and overall growth and competitiveness for highway project Management
- Supports, oversees and coordinates engineering production activities for an operating unit
- Initiates and maintains contact with senior-level management within the company and is skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues
- You will demonstrate mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
Essential
- You will have demonstrated understanding of project delivery requirements, creativity, foresight, working with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and deliver high quality technical excellence.
- BA/BS + 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
- Past highway PMCM experience as a consultant in a key staff position for Caltrans, SBCTA, RCTC, RCTD, or other Southern California agencies
- Experience as Construction Manager or Resident Engineer on public works transportation projects with construction value $100M+.
- Strong knowledge base of construction industry and resources in Inland Empire
- Experience project manager on construction management contracts
- Technical writing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- California PE License
- Driving is required for this position
