About the Company:

A boutique landscape architecture and garden design firm in Central London is seeking a talented Landscape Architect or Garden Designer to join its team. Originally established as a one-person practice, the firm has grown into a highly respected name in the industry, renowned for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects. Many of these projects are protected by NDAs due to their prestigious nature. With a strong reputation and an ever-increasing demand for services, the firm provides a collaborative and dynamic working environment where creativity and excellence thrive.

About the Role:

This position requires a skilled and confident professional with a few years of industry experience who can manage projects with minimal supervision. While the practice fosters a supportive and team-oriented culture, the successful candidate must be comfortable attending site visits and representing projects independently. Strong client-facing skills are essential, as meetings and presentations will be a key part of the role. This opportunity allows for direct involvement in outstanding landscape and garden design projects, contributing to their successful delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture, Garden Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of industry experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent design and technical abilities.
  • Confidence in attending site visits and meeting with clients.
  • Based in Central London or willing to travel as needed.

Benefits and Application:

This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and creative environment where personal contributions are valued. Hybrid working opportunities are available, though candidates should ideally be present in the office at least four days a week due to the hands-on nature of the work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and highly regarded boutique firm. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a CV and portfolio for consideration.
