ATG are working with a specialist in the Data Centre Market who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to strengthen their rapidly growing business! Job Description
Our client is a leading contractor in Ireland. Due to their rapid growth in the market, they have rapidly expanded throughout mainland Europe in the Data Centre market. Due to their growth, we are seeking an assistant project manager looking to build their career.
With a fantastic reputation in the market, a strong pipeline across Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to progress to management. The suitable candidate can be a graduate engineer, junior/assistant site manager or PM!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Assist in managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control measures throughout all construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Budget and Cost Management: Assist in monitoring and managing project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Help enforce a strong culture of health and safety on-site, adhering to all local regulations and company policies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field, ideally with experience on construction sites.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing CSA packages in fit-out projects, preferably within the data centre industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
