Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

We’re recruiting for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic design consultancy based in North Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential and commercial projects to contribute to innovative designs and collaborate with industry professionals.

As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and execution of mechanical building services for a variety of projects. You’ll work alongside a talented team of engineers and designers, ensuring that all mechanical systems meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and drawings
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance
• Assist in project coordination from concept to completion
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and sustainability standards

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

• 3+ years of Consultancy experience in Mechanical Building Services
• Proven track record working on both residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
