Key Responsibilities:

Site Safety Oversight: Manage and implement all health and safety protocols across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Risk Assessments: Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.Safety Training: Deliver training programs to onsite teams, ensuring all workers are educated on the latest safety practices.

Accident Investigations: Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring detailed reports are completed, and corrective actions are implemented.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with local and EU regulations, ensuring all projects are compliant with health and safety laws.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate safety protocols and updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on safety expectations.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of safety protocols, risk assessments, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field. NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety roles within the construction sector, preferably in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.Skills:

Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, with the ability to implement and enforce them effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Additional European languages (such as Swedish) are a plus.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Europe to oversee multiple project sites.
