The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Transport Planner to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of projects that address real-world transport challenges, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Feasibility Studies.
  • Conduct data analysis and traffic modeling using industry-standard tools (e.g., TRICS, TEMPro, Junctions 9/10).
  • Support the development of transport strategies and proposals for public and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as needed.
  • Stay informed about developments in transport policy and emerging trends in the industry.

About you:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transport software is an advantage but not essential.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable transport solutions and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
