Expectations and Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Experience in geotechnical engineering, property damage assessment, or structural investigations. Previous expert witness experience is a bonus but not required.
     
  • Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of geotechnical principles, including soil mechanics, foundation analysis, and structural integrity.
     
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including legal professionals and clients.
     
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
     
  • Education: A degree in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or professional registration are advantageous.
     
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to work remotely with occasional visits to the London office as needed.
