Are you an EPlan specialist with a passion for designing critical infrastructure? Join an internationally renowned design consultancy, celebrated for delivering innovative solutions to the energy sector. This exciting role places you at the forefront of Ireland’s power infrastructure projects, working closely with a key power provider to shape the future of energy systems.

As an EPlan Expert, you will be a vital member of the power infrastructure design team, utilizing your expertise to produce accurate and efficient electrical designs. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, contributing to the reliability and sustainability of Ireland’s energy network.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Develop and manage electrical design drawings using EPlan software, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless and integrated power infrastructure designs
  • Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.Conduct design reviews, resolve technical issues, and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest EPlan developments and apply innovative practices to enhance project outcomes

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Expertise in EPlan software, with demonstrable experience in electrical design within the power or infrastructure sectors
  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as IEC & NEC
  • Strong understanding of power distribution systems and their technical requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred but not essential
  • EPlan certification (preferred but not essential)
