Access Talent Group have joined forces with a firm who has a growing GI and Geotech design business stream in the South of the UK. Our client’s history and heritage is built on conceptual Geotech design and analysis, but in the last 12 months or so have opened a second arm, focussing more heavily on GI and Engineering Geology to support legacy and new projects. Because of this, an Engineering Geologist is required by my client, to work on projects across the South of England, including London.

You will be expected to hit the ground running, using your experience working on complex civil engineering projects, such as utilities, or working in urban or other difficult drilling environments, to support the team’s current workload. The successful candidate will be able to take control of a site, acting as s significant point of contact for the Project Managers, end client and contractors. There will also be an opportunity for exposure to both design and site-based engineering geology, due to the unique nature of our client’s make up.

To be successful, applicants must have:

  • The right to live and work in the UK

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working in urban environments.

  • A relevant degree – Geology, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering

  • The ability to travel for work – valid UK driving licence
