Electrical Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical components of our upcoming data center project in Sweden. This role requires hands-on project management expertise, overseeing all aspects of electrical work, from planning and design through to execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all electrical works on large-scale data center projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and civil project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage project progress, reporting to stakeholders and senior management on key milestones.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for any potential issues.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for sourcing necessary electrical materials and equipment.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage complex installations.
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure, particularly in mission-critical environments.Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with project teams and clients.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Sweden for the duration of the project.
