EHS Officer

Our client, a leading engineering firm renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, is seeking a dedicated EHS Officer to join their dynamic team in Odense. Specialising in large-scale projects across the data centre and energy sectors, our client is committed to excellence and innovation, ensuring safety and sustainability in all their operations.

Job Description:

As an EHS Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the safety standards of our client's projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Tasks: Manage EHS-related administrative duties, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Toolbox Talks: Conduct regular toolbox talks to educate and engage site personnel on safety practices and protocols.
• Site Auditing: Perform routine site audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
• Documentation Handling: Maintain thorough documentation of all EHS activities, incident reports, and safety inspections.

Requirements:

• Civils Experience: Demonstrated experience in civil engineering projects.
• Sector Experience: Experience in either the data centre or energy sector is essential.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in EHS roles.
• EHS Qualification: Possess a recognised qualification in Environmental, Health, and Safety management.
• Coordination Experience: Proven ability to coordinate safety activities and collaborate effectively with project teams.
