The Role:

  • Drive a Health and Safety Culture as EHS Lead.
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives.
  • Conduct training and promote safety policies & procedures.
  • Role Requirements:
  • IOSH Chartered membership.5+ years in Health and Safety.
  • Health & Safety diploma or equivalent.Prior experience with Tier 1 contractor or large multi-disciplinary sites preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills.
  • Ideally possess trainer the trainer certification.

Duties:

  • Oversee risk assessment program across sites.
  • Maintain, review, and update site risk registers.
  • Establish and report on key safety indicators.
  • Conduct presentations and training on health & safety topics and accident prevention.
  • Implement comprehensive health & safety plans aligned with legal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Mentor site teams to Champion our client’s proactive, safety-oriented culture.
