CSA Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the on-site delivery of CSA works for large-scale data centre projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee health and safety regulations, ensuring the site complies with all necessary standards.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with technical designs and plans.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or delays in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Ensure all CSA activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager on large-scale construction or fit-out projects, ideally within the data centre or critical infrastructure sector.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
