Responsibilities:

CSA Fitout Management:

Oversee the comprehensive Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) fitout of data centre projects from inception to completion.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Subcontractor Management:

Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in the CSA fitout, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.Conduct regular assessments of subcontractor performance and address any issues promptly.

CSA Package Management:

Take charge of the CSA package, including procurement, scheduling, and budget adherence.Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless integration of CSA elements.

Client and Stakeholder Liaison:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC):

Implement and enforce rigorous QAQC processes for CSA fitout activities, guaranteeing the highest standards of workmanship.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations from quality requirements.
