Our client is a leading specialist in the Data Centre market. Their reputation in the current market is industry leading, with opportunities to work across Central Europe (Netherlands, France and many more!). The company is growing year-on-year with forecasts to triple their revenue in the next three years. The suitable candidate can come from a CSA engineer or Package manager roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Lead the complete management of CSA fit-out packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of project plans.
  • Quality Control:Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to meet and exceed industry standards throughout the construction phases.
  • Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage project budgets, identifying potential cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Foster a strong culture of health and safety on-site, adhering to all local regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and contract administration.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5  years of experience managing CSA packages in fit-out projects, preferably within the data centre industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
