Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Support the end-to-end management of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) packages within data centre construction projects.
Technical Oversight: Ensure all CSA aspects are completed in line with technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines, ensuring effective integration of CSA elements.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.
Health & Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with safety guidelines and local regulations.
Cost & Schedule Management: Assist in managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring that CSA packages are delivered on time and within budget.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for CSA matters, providing technical advice and updates to clients and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in CSA roles, preferably within the data centre or high-tech sectors.Skills:
Strong technical expertise in civil, structural, and architectural engineering.Proficiency with relevant design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
