We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. You will be working as part of a small team working on a spectrum of Civil Infrastructure projects of varying sizes.

As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for working with Seniors, Associates and Graduates. You will be working on Projects in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Their residential Sites range from 10 – 1000 units and you will be working on the earthworks, Cut and Fill analysis, Drainage Development design, site development and road design. This is the consultants for you if you are a Engineer early in their career that is looking a driven collaborative team which will give you exposure and experience across all Civils disciplines.  

Candidate Profile  

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred 

- 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure design

- Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects within budget and timeline 

- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PDS, Microdrainage / Info Drainage  

- Strong understanding and design capabilities for Section 278, S38, S104, S106 applications

- Strong understanding of regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines related to infrastructure design and construction 

- Musat have a go get attitude and be willing to work collaboratively with the team to get the work done and work efficiently as possible.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
