Civil Engineer

Access Talent Group is partnering with a growing consultancy in Dublin that is looking to hire a Design Engineer to join their expanding team, focusing on active travel projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of traffic and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable and efficient solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and local authority guidelines.
• Conduct technical assessments, traffic flow analysis, and road safety audits.
• Assist project management teams in delivering projects within budget and timeframes.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Some experience in civil design, particularly in traffic and transportation projects.
• Proficiency in civil design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MX Roads.
• Knowledge of traffic analysis software (e.g., ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG) is beneficial.
• Experience in active travel projects (e.g., cycling and pedestrian infrastructure) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
