Building Services Technician

Our client, a highly respected multidisciplinary, multinational design consultancy, are looking for a Building Services Technician to join their team in Dublin. The main responsibilities for this role will include:

• Assist in the design and coordination of building services systems, including mechanical and electrical services.

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

• Support engineers in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a CAD/Revit Technician within a consultancy or engineering environment

• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services design principles

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting

• A relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is desirable
