BIM Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to create detailed 3D models.
• Prepare BIM documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure that all BIM outputs comply with industry standards and client requirements.
• Facilitate the coordination and integration of design models across different disciplines.
• Assist project teams in delivering high-quality models within set deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

• A qualification in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
• Experience as a BIM Technician, particularly in residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
