Access Talent Group is collaborating with a prestigious engineering consultancy who are seeking a Compliance BCAR Engineer/Inspector to join their Dublin team. This role involves supporting diverse projects nationwide, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in building control.
The position involves Preparing and completing commencement and completion notices, compiling completion and ancillary certificates, attending client, design, and site meetings and conducting site inspections with detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years’ industry experience.
- Certification in Building Control or Building Regulations and Assigned Certifier training.
