We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - Highways Engineer to join our growing team. This pivotal role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead, inspire, and develop a talented team of engineers and consultants while driving growth in our Transport and Highways sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of highways and transport projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the Transport and Highways portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in transport and highways engineering.

About You:

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent, with significant experience in highways engineering.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and business development.
  • Strong technical expertise in highways and transport design, planning, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
