As part of their ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to grow their London office and are seeking a commercially driven, people-focused Mechanically biased Building Services Engineer to develop the business and drive performance.

Requirements:
- A degree in an Engineering discipline
- Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent experience progression)
- Strong commercial acumen with an existing network of potential clients
- Expertise in mechanical and electrical building services
- Strong technical foundation
- Proven track record of career progression and project delivery
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and low-carbon design
- Excellent skills in teamwork, communication and time management
- Strong financial management and business development skills
- Understanding of planning and legislative requirements
