We are currently seeking a Junior - Intermediate Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the HVAC, building services, and mechanical fit-out sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the installation and maintenance of building systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Collaborate with the Directors to oversee and supervise the installation of building systems, ensuring high standards of work.
Specify and establish maintenance and operating procedures for building systems.
Manage and forecast project spend to ensure work stays within budget.
Work with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings, and use CAD software to design systems.
Liaise with other professionals, such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams.
Attend project and technical meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that all design and maintenance work complies with legislative requirements and health and safety standards.

Experience and Qualifications:
A relevant degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
2-3 years of experience working in a related industry.
Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable.
